Terms of Sale and License

Who you are buying from

You buy from JPM Corp, registered at ul Święty Marcin 29/8, 61-806 Poznań, Poland. Payment is handled by Link (Stripe) as merchant of record, so Link appears as the seller on your card statement and issues your receipt. The license, the support and the refunds all come from me.

What you get

One payment buys a lifetime license and lifetime updates: the HUD desktop app, the full source bundle, all five agent definitions with their prompts, skills and knowledge templates, the Slack channel architecture, the voice-mode configuration, the integration playbooks and the setup guide. The original first 100 licences also carry an invite to the founders channel. Your download link is permanent and always serves the newest build.

What the license allows

Proprietary, licensed to you personally, the purchaser: use it in any business you own and operate, across as many instances as you like.

What the license does not cover is redistribution: reselling the code, sharing copies, or deploying it for companies you do not own. Any of those needs a separate agreement, so write to me and ask. Hermes Agent, the engine underneath, stays MIT-licensed by Nous Research under its own terms.

AI costs are yours

JARVIS thinks on AI subscriptions and API keys that you own and pay for directly. Those costs are set by your providers, are not included in the purchase price, and are not something I can refund. Set a spending cap with your provider before you start.

What the agents do, and what stays yours

The agents act inside accounts you connect, with the permissions you grant them: reading data, writing code, opening pull requests, posting to Slack, drafting messages. You choose what they reach and you approve what ships. AI gets things wrong, so read what it produces before you act on it. You are responsible for what you authorise JARVIS to do, and for keeping your own keys and data secure.

No promise about your results

JARVIS is a system of templates and agent definitions, not a guarantee of an outcome. It is sold as it is. I do not promise particular revenue, savings or hours back, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid.

Refunds

14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Write to jarvis.agent.tech@pm.me and ask. No forms, no "quick call to discuss" first. You ask, I refund.

Updates, and the long run

Lifetime updates means new builds through your permanent download link for as long as I develop JARVIS. It does not commit me to developing it forever. What you have already downloaded stays yours to run either way.

Changes to these terms

The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. Later changes apply to purchases made after they are published.

Law, and your rights

Polish law governs this agreement. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have by law where you live.
