Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you buy a JARVIS license, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to complete the purchase. We receive and store your name, your email address, the tier you bought and a payment reference — never your card details. Stripe acts as merchant of record; see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We use a first-party analytics cookie to assign an opaque anonymous visitor ID and a short-lived session ID. Before purchase, we record page views, pricing views, primary call-to-action clicks, checkout starts or failures, downloads, coarse device/browser categories, referrer paths, and allowlisted campaign attribution fields. We do not store raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, precise location, sensitive form contents, or unrelated query-string values.
After a completed purchase, we connect the anonymous journey to the signed Stripe Checkout Session and retain the buyer name and email needed for fulfillment and support plus billing country and US state/region for aggregate reporting. We do not receive or store full billing addresses or card data.
When you start a checkout we also store, against that one checkout, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and any Meta advertising cookie or click identifier present, so that a completed purchase can be attributed to the ad that led to it. These are kept for 90 days and then deleted, are used only for advertising measurement, and are never used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone but Meta for that purchase.
The purchase confirmation page includes an optional questionnaire about your business and what you want JARVIS to handle. Answering is entirely voluntary; if you do, we store your answers linked to your purchase record and use them to improve the product and our advertising. Email us to have them deleted at any time.
The JARVIS desktop app's setup wizard reports anonymous usage telemetry: a random installation ID generated on your machine, your operating system and app version, which setup steps completed or failed, and which AI provider you selected. It never includes API keys, names, email addresses, or message content, and it is never linked to your purchase or download link. The wizard discloses this and you can opt out at any time by setting JARVIS_NO_TELEMETRY=1. Telemetry is retained for at most one year.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It sets cookies and reports standard events (page views, checkout starts, purchases) to Meta. See Meta's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta ad preferences.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase (download link and receipts by email, sent via Resend), provide support, keep required accounting records, understand the checkout funnel, and attribute advertising using stable campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers. If you start a checkout, enter your email on the Stripe payment page and do not finish, we send at most one reminder email with a link to resume that checkout; reply to it to opt out of any further contact. We do not sell your personal data and we do not send other marketing email without your consent.
Retention & your rights
Anonymous raw analytics events are normally retained for 90 days. Purchase and fulfillment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and continued download access. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and linked analytics at any time — email jarvis.agent.tech@pm.me. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or California, you have the rights granted by GDPR/UK-GDPR/CCPA respectively, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
